1. Using QuoteNimble
QuoteNimble provides software for drafting, editing, printing, sharing, and tracking estimates. You may use the service for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Estimate drafts are your responsibility
QuoteNimble can infer measurements, quantities, categories, and line items from plain-English job notes. Those outputs are starting points, not professional engineering, accounting, tax, legal, code-compliance, or pricing advice. You are responsible for checking measurements, quantities, labor, material pricing, taxes, permits, scope, exclusions, terms, and the final amount before sending an estimate.
QuoteNimble does not guarantee that a generated estimate is complete, accurate, profitable, code-compliant, or appropriate for a particular project.
3. Customer approvals
QuoteNimble may label saved estimates as Draft, Sent, Viewed, or Approved based on the contractor's tracked delivery record and the current customer share link. Editing a previously sent estimate can return the newer saved version to Draft until it is sent again. Viewed indicates that the customer-facing estimate page was loaded through the tracked link; it does not prove a specific person read the estimate. These product statuses are workflow aids and do not determine whether a legally binding agreement exists.
For tracked quotes, the acceptance feature can record the exact estimate snapshot presented at acceptance, the typed approver name, an explicit acceptance statement, timestamp, quote total, scope, terms, share code, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the snapshot. These records are intended to provide a practical business audit trail.
QuoteNimble does not independently verify the approver's identity, authority, or intent and does not represent that an acceptance receipt is a qualified electronic signature or that it creates an enforceable contract in every jurisdiction.
If a project requires a formal contract, statutory disclosure, licensed signature process, deposit notice, cancellation right, or other legal formality, you are responsible for using the appropriate documents and process.
4. Accounts and credentials
You may create a contractor account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify QuoteNimble through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Your content and customer information
You retain responsibility for the job details, pricing, customer information, scope, terms, and other content you enter. You represent that you have the right to use and share that content. You grant QuoteNimble only the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and display it to provide the service.
Do not use QuoteNimble to store or transmit passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for an estimate.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use QuoteNimble to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or attack the service, bypass security controls, impersonate others, send deceptive estimates, or abuse public endpoints. Automated activity that materially degrades the service may be blocked.
7. Cloud estimates, local data, and backups
When you are signed in, estimates saved to history and customer-directory contacts may be stored under your contractor account and synchronized across devices. Drafts, rate books, share-link convenience lists, and other browser caches may still be stored only on the current device. Clearing site data, using private-browsing modes, or browser/device failures can remove device-local information. Keep independent copies of records you are required to retain for your business.
QuoteNimble may migrate existing local estimate history into a signed-in account and may organize customer details from saved estimates into reusable customer contacts. You remain responsible for reviewing and maintaining the records associated with your account.
8. Availability and changes
QuoteNimble may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party infrastructure, outages, or events outside reasonable control.
9. Paid features
QuoteNimble may offer paid features in the future. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for paid services will be disclosed before purchase and may be supplemented by additional terms.
10. Transactional email
QuoteNimble may send transactional estimate emails using a third-party email provider. Contractors are responsible for supplying appropriate customer email addresses and using the feature for legitimate estimate-related communication rather than unsolicited marketing or spam. A provider accepting an email request does not guarantee final delivery to the recipient's inbox.
11. Third-party services
QuoteNimble relies on third-party infrastructure and may later integrate with other services. Your use of third-party products may also be subject to their terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteNimble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuoteNimble and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
